All About Us

A place to grow.

We built our team on a philosophy of sharing, fun, building, and data. Yes, we talk to each other and enjoy it. We share our thoughts with no worry, our culture is about freedom of ideas and the understanding of the life of idea growth. We feel there are no bad ideas and embrace how they can contribute to the bigger picture. We encourage anyone on the team to share, and we discuss and build in an open space. We then weigh it all against data, helping us to prove the validity and process.  

Sharing is the crucial step to building ideas. We are firm believers in water cooler talk. Spending time chatting with friends about what you are working on and exchanging ideas is profound. An outside idea can blow through roadblocks and build something great.

Fun is key, you have to love what you are doing and enjoy it to the fullest. The best work comes from enjoyment and good times.

Building on ideas brings a thought to its truest potential. An idea is a start but it must mature. The process from concept to execution is a process with many touch points and takes sharing and testing, trial and error, but the result is always something special.  

Data is the grounding force that validates ideas and creativity. We use the data we collect and receive to prove our ideas and creativity. We constantly collect data along the way and use it as the compass to steer the marketing funnel to achieve goals.

The Core Team

We met at NYU while working on a class project. We all know how rough they can be, yet this one was a breeze. For the first time in the history (well, our history) of group projects, it all clicked and we crushed it. As we worked on our Masters Degrees in marketing we knew that we had a kick-ass team and linked up whenever we could. Our study group then grew to form Aero Marketing Group.
